This is by far one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. Joe was very knowledgeable. Having done some research myself into what I likely needed, he seemed to be right on track and explained the why of it. The team that came out, Alexi and Mason, were both excellent in their work and the experience was absolutely excellent. Now having had a chance to see how well the system works, I have to say this is the place to go, and the place I will recommend to people when they ask!

Excell installed A/C in my 1900's home in July, 2021. They worked with our family to find the best solution to fit the house. They used existing ductwork for the downstairs and mini-splits for the upstairs (giving us upstairs heat for the first time in 20 years!). They were prompt, would send a text with the pic of the serviceperson prior to anyone's arrival (nice for a family with kids) and, when there was a larger-than-it-should-have-been-hole made in the wall (due to working with old lathe and plaster), they communicated well and made quick arrangements for it to be fixed. I had no issues and love the A/C!!! Even their insanely bright colored shirts helped you to know for sure they belonged to the company. 🙂

Jason was the technician who provided our Comfort Care checkup. He is very friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing and answered my questions. He seems to like his work and he did it well.

My wife and I were very pleased with Excel Heating & Cooling's service this morning. This visit was our 2nd consecutive positive experience with Excel! The first visit was for an AC repair this past July 2021 and this current 2nd visit today was for our routine HVAC maintenance service. Mr. Mezin was the technician that came to our house and made us feel like valued Excel customers. Mr. Mezin was highly skilled, professional and very polite/courteous. We very much enjoyed working with him and am very pleased with his work. We found this company to be very fairly priced for services and all around nice and easy people to work with.
